So I'm a tad bit late posting this but I'm PREGNANT!!!! I'm 23 weeks along and barely showing hahaha.....boo! I will try and post pictures of the belly and the little squirt soon! We're pretty dang excited for our little boy to come in just a few short months! June 8th is the official due date so only time can tell!!! I will post more when we have some pictures:)

Yellowstone!

Clay and I went to Yellowstone and it was fantastic! The pictures tell it all so go one take a gander!

Hahahaha this picture makes me laugh so hard! So I thought Clay saw me taking this picture.....no no this is just what he looked like naturally walking down the boardwalk!

This was a pretty cool trip and we had a lot of fun! We headed up Thursday morning and came back that night, were getting pretty good at making really long trips in short amount of times:) I cant wait to see where we go next!

The Grand Canyon!!!!

So Clay and I went to the Grand Canyon and we did it in a day and a half!!!! Thats right 1500 miles in less then 48 hours! We are truly amazing travelers! We stopped first to see Cedar breaks which was so pretty! The day was so clear and you just cant beat this view!

When we first got to the Grand Canyon we got poured on....I'm talking full on rain storm like the ones in Florida! It was crazy how hard it rained on us so we were thinking we were going to have to be camping out in the car but we drove 25 miles more into the park to our campground and BLESSED DAY the rain had stopped!!! So we set up our trusty tent and we started our fire and just chilled out!

Kinda creepy but kinda cool these Elks just hung out by the tent all night! Our neighbors where from Europe and I'm guessing they don't see wildlife much because their dumb dumb son kept walking right up to...hahaha oh well! The elk and the deer were all really calm, they are probably around people so much we don't even phase them! The morning we woke up I wanted to wash my hair so clay was pouring water on my head when all of a sudden Clay tells me that there is a deer in arms length of him.....of course I had soup in my eyes so it was even more terrifying!!!!

I love all these road trips and fun things that were doing! I love going on road trips with my best friend! Clay is so much fun to road trip with!!! Yellow Stone is next on our list WOOT WOOT!!!!

So here are some random crazy pictures! starting with this one.....we were driving to

church and this big nasty thing was waiting for us in the parking lot hahaha it really liked Clays

car cause it kept staring at its self in Clays new tires.

We went bowling and it was quite fun!!! I almost won.....but never did during the 3 games that we played:( Clay was quite proud of his exceptional performance on the bowling lanes!

AND WOMAN!!!! So we went to the Houmand Family dinner and we were making patriotic flags, but we thought they looked better on our heads!

Mirror Lake!

Oh this drive was so fantastic! We wanted to drive to Mirror Lake so we went on the 3rd of July....YES the 3RD OF JULY! LOOK AT ALL THE SNOW!!! It was mind blowing to

see all this snow left! granted we were up pretty high!

Here is Clay throwing snow at me....yup it got me!

I tried sitting on the snow...it was kinda wet!

We got to the lake but it was totally frozen over so we took some pictures here in front of Provo falls....I'm not sure why they are called Provo falls mostly cause they are no where near Provo....but meh whatever!

Camping in American Fork!

So we went up American Fork to go camping and it was so pretty!

The whole way up was totally covered in trees and I felt like I was back in Alaska

which who doesn't like feeling like there back there!

We went with Clays brother and his wife Eric and Jen and their two kids. The

campground that we stayed at was totally engulfed in trees, it was

really pretty at first and then then as the sun went down it began to be kinda

creepy! You couldn't see a thing and were pretty sure there was an sneaky animal that

came to visit us in the middle of the night!

I woke up around 3 in the morning to a loud noise outside the tent so I jolted up and then

Clay pulled me back down....he told me that if I made a noise he would sacrifice me to the bears hahahaha must be love!

Here we are looking all pretty after a long night of camping! We woke up and went fishing......well we attempted to fish. We're not quite patient enough to be

fishers but maybe one day

My Hubby is just so cute! I do just love camping and there will be many more

trips to be made! Utah is so pretty as long as your out of "The Valley." We have

so many trips that we wanna make so hopefully we can do them all!

1ST CAMPING TRIP!

We went to Spruces Campground which is about 9 miles up Big Cottonwood Canyon, and the drive up is just gorgeous! We found the coolest spot too, because its so dang hot here in Utah its melting all the snow on the mountain at a faster pace than the creek can handle so all the creeks are flooded so we had two creeks on both sides of us! So we could here the water rushing the whole night!

As you can see Clay did his manly duty buy starting the fire! This kid and fire is quite the duo! We roasted hot dogs and of course our favorite shrimp and pineapple shish kabobs (not too sure on the spelling:)! It was kinda funny, when we left Salt Lake it was blazing hot here so we figured we figured taking warm clothes would just be ridiculous! So when we got up into the mountains it was quite chilly, so we had to pay 6 bucks for 5 peices of fire wood......but it kept us warm!

Here is our tent that we got for our wedding! And of course we couldn't sleep on the ground so we brought our air mattress that nearly didn't fit inside the tent! We eventually got it in there and boy was it nice!

And of course the cute couple!

6 MONTHS!!!

6 months ago Clay and I were married for time and all eternity! The first 6 months went by crazy fast so I can only imagine how fast the next 6 will go by! I love being married to my best friend! I have him here every day with me and every night to go to bed with. I love going out on dates with him or just sitting on the couch doing nothing with him. He makes me laugh with all his corky little things that he does. I LOVE HIM!!!!

baseball....hiking....oh my!!!!

So we started out the week with an awesome baseball game! And to boot they had fireworks which I just have to say were phenomenal! We thought it was just going to be a couple fireworks but nope we were wrong. There were tons and they were awesome! The game went a little long....like 13 innings long, but ehh what do you do!

We also went on this fabulously hard hike...Clay was in charge of the directions but I with my sweet directional skills assured him to go right instead of left....and that my friends took us straight up a water run off, so that was awesome! When we got to the top we found the "living room!" Its pretty sweet! A bunch of people took the shale rock and made chairs and couches over looking the city.

I took another picture of the view but for some reason it's not posting! DARN IT! My chair must have been the queens chair cause it was purple! So then on our way back down we didn't want to go back down the way we came up so we decided to go straight down...oh my bad idea! It was straight down shale rock! So I was the first to fall but not to worry Clay followed right into suite but falling just a few min later! It was pretty great when we reached the bottom!

So Clay and I have decided to hike our way around the valley! This

was our second hike, to Twin Peaks! So fun but kinda tough! The view was amazing!

and on our way back we missed our trail.....but thanks to Clay we made it safely back

to the car! cant wait to see what our next hike will be!
This was our 1st hike! It was Ensign Peak! Because it was our first one I had to stop...

about every 5 min......or seconds but really whose counting! There's nothing like a hike to show you how out of shape you are!!! The 2nd hike was a little better....hahaha I still had to stop but not as many times.

Oh and for the millage count! Ensign Peak was a mile total, and Twin Peaks

well clay told me it was a mile up and a mile back.....little did I know it was 2.5 miles up

and 2.5 miles back except we got lost so it was like 3.something miles back! It was worth it though! hahaha on our way back I looked back while during one of my many rest stops and I said to Clay....This has to be longer then 1 mile....and he says back, oh yeah its 2.5 miles! Its a good thing he was so far ahead up me up the hill!

This is my 2nd Easter with my best friend in the whole world! Our first Easter was so perfect, let me just tell you about it!

We went to church together and then went went back to his house and started then started dinner, I then convinced him to go for a walk cause it was a special occasion haha he's not much of a casual walker:) haha anyways so after we came back we were waiting for the dinner to be done and so to pass the time we were watching a chick flick.....and clay stepped out to go to the bathroom, but he was gone for quite awhile, but it didn't really faze me cause I was so into the chick flick!

He came back and the timer went off so we headed into the kitchen and THERE IT WAS!!! the best Easter basket I have ever seen!!! He had lilies..a huge bouquet and they were all blooming and beautiful! Then he had easter eggs and they were only filled with pink and red jelly beans WHICH ARE MY FAVORITE!!! That was my favorite part about the whole basket is that he took out just the pink and red ones:) Oh my gosh I love this man!!!!!

So now we are soon approaching our 2nd Easter together and I just know that this one is going to be just as great as the last......or at least it better be:)

YAY FOR FAMILY AND FRIENDS!!!!! So I went to the temple with some of my girl friends the other night and it was fabulous! I hadn't been in awhile and so it was good to go back and feel that peaceful feeling! And then last time we were in Delta we got this picture taken and I love it!!! Everyone looks so funny! I'm a little rolly poly olley and so I'm going to work on that.....BAHHHH!!!!

I love pictures! I think I'm just going to upload pictures from no on instead of writing! hahaha oh so just let me tell you how funny my husband is! So Clays math teacher is horrendous and cant teach worth a poo so clay watches this guy Patrick on YOU-TUBE to learn how to do all his problems...so every time he finishes a problem he goes.... 'THANK YOU PARICK" hahahaha I'll have to video tape it cause it really is funnier then I just described it!

Lets see here what has happened since I blogged last.......

1.Clay and the boys put a lift on the jeep

2. WE DID OUR TAXES FOR THE FIRST TIME AS MARRIED COUPLE!!!!

3. I will be reaching 90 day mark at the Harley shop so now we will be getting insurance!!!

and thats all I can think of so far! Life is good though! I love my husband and getting to spend every day with my best friend! He just switched to mornings....which is real fun, now he wakes up at 5.30 and has to leave the house by 6! goodness help us all!!! I bought Jillian Michaels 30 day shred....its still wrapped up in the package but tomorrow I'm going to bite the bullet and pop it in the dvd and face the music! My sister and sister in-law both have weight lose blogs and I considered doing one two but then reconsideration set it soon after!

Were also going to start riding bikes to work!!! Clay rode his bike to school the other day and it was so cute watching him ride down the road to traxs! Today was so amazingly nice! The weather was perfect! Matter of fact the weather has been quite fantastic for the last few days! If only the weather would stay like this.....but no its just going to get dreadfully hot bleh!!!!

Adventures in Ogden!!!!

We went to the most amazing lodge ever!!! It was called the Alaskan Inn up in the Ogden canyon! All the rooms were named after Alaska cities, so we stayed in the Orca cabin and it was just to cute! The bed had a huge Orca on it and the walls were painted to like under the sea! When you walked in there was orca sounds playing....we turned that off pretty quick! It was just way to much fun and to top it all off they brought us breakfast to our room!!!

Then afterwards we went to Antelope Island to see all the Buffalo! I loved it so much! It was so pretty and the weather was perfect! We saw so many buffalo it was insane! okay so I'm done talking so here are some pictures!

IT HAPPENED!!!!!!!

We got married!!!!!! December 18th 2010!!! It was fantastic everything I wanted and could possibly imagine! It was the greatest day! My family was all there and it just couldn't have been better! Our families got along so well and its like they were meant to be together! There were 31 other brides getting married that day sooooo that was kinda crazy but I have a crazy hunch that our wedding was the best! haha!

We stayed the night at the Temple lodge the night before and it was beyond fantastic! When we opened the door we had a straight shot of the Manti Temple! It was just to good to be true! It was a bit chilly...and snowy.....but it was still so great!

We have now been married for 2 months and its been fantastic! Clay is in school for meteorology and also working at Brinks security driving the big trucks! One day you're going to see him on the discovery channel chasing storms in those heavy duty weighted down monster vans!!!! I'm working at the Harley Davidson in Salt Lake and part way loving it.....I love the working job part I just really dislike the ladies that I work with......but things will get better over time!

We love our apartment that we live in and just recently found out that I'm pregnant....... hahahahaha no thats a lie! One day I will announce that but not for a while!

Well thats all I can think of for now! Life is great and I'm loving it! I miss Alaska and my family like crazy but thats all part of of growing up huh!

So here it is once again 2 months later that I'm blogging:) Sadie did the last one and so I figured I had better get on here and write some thing......! The summer is going way to fast AS ALWAYS!!! Tomorrow I have off so I have to get all my school stuff ready:( dang school!!! Today was fathers day and it was really nice! Miles and Becky and family came over and we had dinner and it was AMAZING!!! Tessa got my dad a snuggy hahahahaha when...or if he ever wears it I will for sure take a picture and blog it!!!

So tomorrow after work I'm driving to Anchorage to pick up CLAY!!!! oh my lands its been for ever!!!!!....well no thats a lie its only been like 3 weeks but it feels like it has been forever so I'm pretty dang excited to see him!!!! So ummmm I need some help..... I HATE MY BLOG BACKGROUND!!!! So my goal was to update my blog......at least once a month, and it hasn't been happening:) oh well I'm doing it now so thats good.....RIGHT!!! So I'm back home and living in the 'BIG ROOM" if you have ever been to my house you will know what I'm talking about but if not, well its just a really big room! its kinda weird sleeping in here again cause the last time I did I think I was sharing it with Sadie and we had a massive piece of duct tape down the middle of the room.....and there was NO crossing the line!!! Sadie s side was always bigger then mine......hahahahahaha! Oh good times!!!

I'm back at work at the Harley shop and today was a good indicator that summer has truly began! it all started with a room full of bikers which was good cause it was really busy for the first half of the day and then we had some good sales later on, and to top of the day Matt locked me in the bathroom by pushing a motorcycle in front of the door! sooo yes the summer is here and the pranks have officially began! I'm going to have to beef of my pranking if i'm going to survive another summer there!!!

Clay is getting to Alaska on Friday and I can hardly wait to see him!!! it has been 3 weeks and I'm dying.....haha no not really but I really really REALLY MISS HIM!!!! He going to work here...well Anchorage but work in Alaska all summer! So I have to convince him that Alaska is the greatest place in the world within.....6 months so that he will want to come back:)

Sadie and Cailyn are finally coming to Alaska and I cant wait to see that little stinker!! Cailyn says my name and its just about the cutest thing you have ever heard!!! I cant stand being this far away from her!!!

Well that is all I have to update today! I have to go be crafty and make a baby blanket and some scrapbook pages.....I'm really living up my saturday night:)!!!

So I'am just really impressed with people that can update thses things on a regular basis! I get overwelmed with just my dang facebook:) sooooo I dont know what to update...I HAVE A BOYFRIEND:0 ahhhh so life is good in that part of my life. I'm leaving to go home in a couple of weeks and its breaking my heart to leave the girls....again:( I dont know how I'm going to handle the good bye.....I feel for who ever has to sit by me on the airplane!

so I'm sitting on the couch and Genny is being a stinker and keeps banging my computer with her feet...she thinks she is playing the piano with her toes.....she is quite the funny child! so here are some pictures of the things that have been going on in my life! the girls of coarse, and I went to Tennesse for New Years!!! Oh my lands it was so much fun! and then Hockey games...I'm pretty impressed with the teams here. they arent that bad! okay I better go before Genny kills my computer!

So I have been in Utah for like 3 weeks and it has been so much fun and it has gone by way to fast! I'am heading out to Florida in 2 days and then will be there for 6 months! I cant believe I'm leaving so soon! I'm kinda nervous but exctied all at the same time! so since I have been here it has been amazing!!! I was able to attend a sealing for a couple that I taught on my mission, it was the most incredible experiance! The Sodjas are both 95 years old and the cutest two people you have ever met! And now after all this time of being married and raising children they were able to go to the Temple and be sealed together for all time and Eternity!

My Grandma Harriet passed away which it was deffinitly her time, its hard to be sad that she is gone when we know that she is so happy where she is at! She died early in the morning and then Miles and Becky had there 4th baby later that afternoon....crazy huh! Grandma Harriet I'm sure had some good advice to give him before he came down. Little Logan Jacob is just to cute, just like all the other Hansen kids!

Life is good.....no complaints for sure!

So after much thought and thinking hahaha I have decided to go to Florida and be a nanny for Beth and Sean! It all happened pretty quick so I'm still kinda trying to let it all sink in still:) I'm super exctied though! Everytime I tried to apply for a job or look for one nothing ever felt right and then I had a super fantastic feeling to talk to beth and that went so good and I felt so right about it so I'm going with it! Its amazing to me how Heavenly Father knows us so well and always has plan B when our plan A fails us!

So yesterday I took the kids, (Miles and Beckys kids) to the super saturday market in Kenia.....yeah I dont know about the whole super part of it, but it was indeed a saturday market! there were like maybe 15 booths and 10 of those booths all sold fur somthings!!! but Taegan and I did come away with some pretty rad beads... so later that day we decided to make some sweet Jewelry.....and now I'm totally hooked! I'm going to turn into one of those crazy bead ladies, I can see it now!

So let me just tell you of the adventures that I have had in the last few days..... So my friend Kevin and I had started out on our trip down the alcan which we had a goal of making it to utah in a speedy 3 days!!! we set out on our trip and all was good, now for those that have driven the alcan you will probably be feeling more sorry for me then others! anyways so we started of in plamer and drove 600 miles to Tok, which then we gassed up and ate and were on our dandy little way.......when all of a sudden 50 miles north of Tok in the middle of now where my check engine light starts flashing which then follows with my engine shutting down!! so being in the alaskan wilderness, of coarse our cell phones didnt work and when cars passed it was like in 30 min intervals! so we flag this random but very nice man down and ask him for a ride back to tok which he does....so we get back to tok,(ps. this is friday night) its around 8pm so we get a motel room cause haha we had to leave my car at a senic look out in the middle of BFE! so we had to find a place to sleep, while there I call AAA and after talking to just about every ding bat in the world I finally got someone that understood my perdicerment and soon came Willard the tow truck driver who was so willing to drive me back to my car and tow it back into Tok....

-(SAT morning)... so now my car is in town and at Willards automotive...so we go over to check on it and they tell us after 4 hours of doing nothing to it that I owe them 250 dollars and that my anti theft whatever has completly stalled everything and that I had to be towed 300 miles back to Wasilla casue that is where the nearest dealership was. So I pay the money we get towed to glennallen... a meer 120 miles short of being in wasilla cause thats all AAA would take me. So my brother todd comes to rescue us with a car hauler.

-(SUN morning)..... we go to the dealership to drop the car off and as I'm putting just one key in the envelope my brother and Kevin inform me that I need to put both keys in, so I do as they say and seal the envelope and drop it in the box......well well well what we didnt do first was unlock the car and put it nutural so we could get the car off the hauler!!! hahaha blessed day! so then we then find out that the shop where the key is, indeed locked and no one can get in to get our key! so we fished it out with 1. coat hanger 2. duct tape 3. super glue!!!! and ladies and gentleman thats how its done! we then get the car off the hauler tood drops us off at my aunts, we hurry as fast as we can to get ready for church....we get there and half way through the meeting I relize that I dont have my purse which is like the pit of your stomach falling out feeling! but not to worry after 2 panicked phone calls I soon found it!

-(MON morning 7:30).... we get to the dealership and we sit and we sit and we sit till about 3:00 when they then tell me that my car wasnt getting oil and that I have to replace my pistons and head....I'm still not sure what all that means but what I did unsterstand right is that it is going to cost 3000! soooo then I relized that no I wont be going to college or utah for this semester and that I needed to stay home and work. and that maybe just maybe all of this was happening for a reason! so Kevin flew home and I drove home with my parents!!!

All in all it was super stressfull and kinda disapointing but I must say there was never a dull moment and I have never laughed/cried...so much!!!

I love being home! mainly cause I get to be witht the family!!!! there is this wood carving place on the way to Soldotna and its the funnest place cause these guys do all these differnt carvings and you can just go in and take all the pictures!!!

So things are good here in Sterling! I wish I had a way funny story to post but I'm all out of the funnies!

-I'M HOME!!! I have actaully been home for quite awile but have been such a slacker and completly abanded my blog! so life is good back living with the parents.....ha ha no its really good and its not been that bad. My mom is trying to convince me to buy a house and not go back to utah which wouldnt be a bad idea but I have to finics school first and then we will look into the whole house thing and becoming an "adult"

okay I know I know I put the same picture up twice but dang it I cant figure out how to get rid of it!! so we went and fed the ducks at the park and then we walked around the park and climbed some trees....well carrisa climbed the trees, I made it up one branch and I was done! ha ha ha how pitifull! so then I went to Vegas..... and no no the tatoo is deffinitly fake no worries... it will be coming off in two weeks. I feel like such a knob though cause I have to work in nylons and so today at work I kept having to explain to everyone that it wasnt real!

St. Patties Day

So we had a saint patties day party and it was just way to much fun!!! Trent one of our friends made us shirts that say..... Alaskans, we are the lucky ones!!! ha ha ha ha ha heck yes and it was totally my idea! oh man they were just to funny. So I have to go on a crazy hike day date...... girls and boys its going to be awfull casue this guy is is a weirdo!!! I will definitly be blogging about it and I will include all the many famous qoutes from our first converstation ha ha ha ha aghhh it was awfull~ let me just tell you a little bit about it... so we start talking and I have never met this kid before and his cousin is the one setting us up, so the first qestion he asks me is... so kate says you like the outdoors, now are you the kind of girl that says you like the outdoors but then gets outside and really hates it? hmmmmm that was the first total tool coment that he made! another, this one is my favorite... so then we were talking about where we work he says "I work for catapillar..... do you know what a catapiller is? yes I said I know what that is.... then he laughed and said " well most girls think they are bugs!!!! sooo just you wait there are more to come, the date is on monday and were going hiking in little cottonwood canyon, I told him we could do a day date and he came back with "a all date date?" no I said just a day date ha ha ha ha ha oh man my next blog is going to be glorious!!

Sooooo Carrisa and I went to provo and SHOPPED for like 5 hours!!!!!!!!! oh my lands I dont think I have ever shopped for that long in my whole life ever! and then we went to mona for kate's baby shower and it was mucho fun! Kate is the cutest prego lady ever! We stayed at sadies houes and Cailyn is getting so big and cuter then ever! and then sadie is shrinking right before my eyes... I'm pretty sure that I' gainging all the weight that she is loosing. and corey that stinker kept scaring me! were back here in salt lake so the world is right again..... or somthing like that.

- So let me just tell you what happened here, I went to go put some salsa on my eggs and I went to give the salsa a good shake and it exploded all over the kitchen! it was sooo funny but then I had to clean it up and that was not so good!

- I would have totally put a group picture up but I just couldnt bring my self to do it. The dance was wya fun and we got to dress up all cute so can life really get much better.

sooo we went to the hockey game and it was another amazing grizzley game!!!! oh the grizzleys they really are awfull at hockey! sooo things are getting better. I'm driving out to ogden tomorrow to talk to some one about getting a new car. hopefully all works out and if it doesnt then I will be one of the many bus riders that ride every single day!!!!
Today was a good day! we went to church and it was good! soooo last night we went to this "mormon club" aghhhhhh it was crazy! its called studio 600 and really its like 600 16 year olds! the whole time I was just cracking up! and then norman who is from Guatamala asked me to dance and dance and dance some more! 2 and half hours of dancing to latin music! and ask me if I can latin dance....... yeah no I cant! oh my goodness it was ridiculous!!!!!!
So now on Tuesday some girls from the ward are going to go agian, but no its country night so hopefully it will be better. or it will be just as crazy but fun in the end!

So the other day I got in an accident and as you can see from the pictures Carrisa and I are good and well but my car....... not so much! School is also good and well. I keep getting A's on my essay papers so either my teachers like me alot or their reading alility is just as good as my writing skills. So lets go back to the accident! so my car rolled over and we landed up side down.... I dont know if you have ever been in a car that is up side down but I'm just going to tell you that its awfull and the most unreal thing ever! so as were both hanging up side down carrisa tells me not to unbuckle my seat belt, just as she unbuckles hers and falls hard to the ground! so I braced my self and got out of my seat belt but then my dang foot got stuck... I'm not sure where it was stuck but we finally got it unstuck and crawled out! oh man it was sooooo crazy! so there is some of my weeks excitment for you!

so school is going just swell! you will all be happy to hear that I got my first "A" on my my very first esssay that I turned in....... I think everyone in the class got an A but hey it was a major confidence booster and so now I want allllll "A"s for now on! the best part was that the essay was on listening! so I wrote a paper on an experiance I had not listening. it was pretty classic! and now I have a papaer due on attitude so now I have to think of an experince with my attitude! DANG SCHOOL AND THERE ESSAYS! so yes but besides all that life is good! work is going good and Carissa is a way fun roomate! ha ha ha ha I love this picute! looks at the smiles.... the cheese grin continues right on down the hansen posterity!

do you see how red our cheaks are!!!! Taegan and I just got done sledding out side when we took this picture and it was freezing and we also went four wheeling.
Taegans a prett funny girl! but yeah it was fun but way cold. We played king of the mountain on this mound of dirt my mom has in the yard and so I went to run up the mound and tottally cracked my knee because all to my suprise the mound was covered with a great big blus tarp. so yeah it hurts like the dickens and then brayden the little turdlett starts lauging and tells me that I get what I get so dont throw a fit! dang kid!
Alaska was soooooo much fun and I totally wish I could still be there! Yesterday Sadie. Tessa, Anna, carrissa and I went to John Meyers funeral and it was pretty much amazing! we cried and laughed and got to see people that we hadent in a really long time!
I think the best part of sterling is for sure the Sterling Ward! I cant really even describe why its so special! the people in that ward are just incredible and though I have been to other wards no other ward ever comes close to comparing to the Sterling ward!

That was way kinda random but being at the funeral really made me so greatfull for one not only the Gosple but for the people that helped me trully grasp on to it!
SO I just relized that you can totally see my breath in this picture! it looks as if its just snow but oh no its totally my breath cause you see it is like 10 below!
oh blesses alaska! so school starts on monday and I'm pretty much freaking out but my beyond wonderfull mother asurred me today that everything will be okay! THANKS MOM!

Wow I cant even beleive that christmas is OVER! It took for ever to get here and then woop just like that its over! we took family pictures which was way fun and as you can tell we are outside and it was FREEZING! but look at all those sexy beasts!
School starts tomorrow....... no next week! I'm a little nervous I'm not going to lie but it should be okay. I went to Cedar for new years and it was alot of fun to meet some new people there. can you even believe that its 2009! good heavens that is just inSANE!

So today was fabulous! Kate went throught the temple today and it was amazing! She and Allen will be sealed tomorrow and I'm soooooo excited for that! the Manti temple is so pretty! oh my goodness it was trully gorgeous! and it sits up on this hill and when you go in its just breath taking! I LOVED IT!

I'm in Mona now.....pouching sadies internet ha ha ha noooooo I would never do that! but it is nice to sit in a house and use the internet rather than sitting at a libary. I swear last time I was there the sewer broke and oh my goodness I think I just threw up in my mouth a little just thinking about it! Utah and its smells are so horrid! driving to manti today I didnt even want to open my mouth to breath! the smell was so rancid and potent that I nearly gagged. well I did gag actually but kept my eyes on the road.

I'm just rambling now so sorry to who ever is reading this ridiculous post. I'm going to be starting my christmas gifts this weekend and they are going to be one of a kind......yup its going to be good! our family drew names like always and I have miles and becky and they are going to love what I'm MAKING THEM! HA HA HA

So this week has been crazy wellllll last week was crzy to!!!! I went to a hockey game and it was amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm posting some pictures of it so you all can see! I went to sadie and Coreys house for thanksgiving and I dont think I have ever sat through such a quite dinner ever. I could hear my self chew....... it was quite. so then sadie and I tried talking to each other but then that didnt work either cause we were getting the shut up look from all sides of the table! ha ha ha but it was good times!!!!
I'm at the libary again and this time there is this kid screaming......... oh story time!!! so I was at work at the distrubution center and this little boy was running around screaming and pulling garments out of the bins and throwing them and so the dad running after him screaming at him telling him to come and he looks at me and asks me if I see him and I said "yes you almost have him he's right there" and this guy goes in his loud booming voice " ha you obvisiouly dont have kids do you? DO YOU!!!",and then he says... you never almost have your children, cause they they control you!!!!(worst parent award goes to you my friend!) oh my goodness I almost died....well no not really but I did almost loose my cool for sure but I didnt I just said mean things to him in my head. but yeah that was my story it would be funnier if I was telling you in person but this will just have to do! kay love you all.

So when i moved to utah I turned my computer on and...... the internet came on so I havent had to worry about it ever!!!! but then yesterday I turned my computer on and........ NOTHING! dang it! so now I'm at the sugar house library and some ladies cell phone keeps going off and its sounds like space ship landing.... not that I really would know what one sounds like but whatever. so Yes I signed up for classes today and now I'm off to costco to gas up my car and get bread. Goodness gracious that is crazy that another weeek has gone by! so I spoke today in church on Hope and I'm pretty sure the bishopric has learned there lesson and will never ask me to speak again.
I saw the Carlsons the other day.... they were in salt lake to that was fun to see them again. I think I worked 55 hours last week and it was crazy awfull. I cant wait for school to start so I can quit wallgreens. Oh my goodness so I went to west valley tonight to see a family that I taught and it was flipping amazing!
This week has been quite eventfull! The Utes beat BYU!!!!! And I really should chear for BYU cause my most dearest mother went there but I just cant bring my self to do it. And plus I served up at the U for 7 and half months so there you go! and My first ever football game was a Utes game!
So I'm going to sign up for classes on Tuesday..... kinda nervous but hey it'll be okay! I cant even believe that Thanksgiving in 4 days!!!! and then Christmas!!!!!!!!!!! I'm soooooo exctied to go home for christmas! and to see my family and just be home! I love my house in the winter especially at night when we have lights up! I love to just sit in the living room with all the lights off and just have the chirstmas lights plugged in.....and then if its snowing to have the porch light on and then you can watch the snow come down! ahhhhhhh I miss that! but soon I will be there and it better snow!!!!

So I just had to put this picture up cause I'm sooooo stinking excited for Kate! She is having a little boy!!!! We took this picture when she came down to Salt Lake and we had a sleep over just like the old times. We were going to have scary movies but it turns out that were both pansies and cant watch scary movies.......well more like I'm the pansie but what ever.
So last night we had poker night and the winner got this amazingly ghetto ring! But I totally lost but thats okay cause it was still so very fun. My friend Kirsten was the runner up and almost won but brent had higher cards. dang sevens!
I had to cancel my Florida trip which really is bumming me out cause I would have been leaving in like 2 DAYS!!! But nope I'm staying here to work.....LAME! But hey its what I gotta do. So I will be spending Thanksgiving in Mona with Sadie and Corey. I'm stocked. Dang I havent been home for Thanksgiving for like 5 years! thats insane!

So I just started working at the church distrubution center and I L-O-V-E it!!! Its so much fun and so good to work at! The enviroment is so good and its just way sweet! so I'm stoked about it for sure.
I want to quit my wallgreens job more than anything but I got to keep it I suppose! School is starting up pretty soon and then the stress begins! aghhhhh I cant wait to go home this summer and LIVE WITH MY PARENTS! no real I'am looking foward to that. And to be back working at the Harley Shop. Oh the good life!
I'm probably going to Mona this weekend to see Sadie and Corey and the Baby! Oh blessed road trips!

Oh my goodness so this week has been eventfull for sure! and its only Tuesday! so yesterday I went in to start my new job at the distrubution center and when they asked to see my licence....... it was GONE! so I looked and looked and nothing! So they tell me that I have 3 days to get it in to them. Soooo the serch continues and I figured I was just going to have to get a Utah licence which I really didnt want to but you know a girls gotta do what I girls gotta do. So then it dawns on me that its veterns day and the DMV is closed. So I start to retrace my steps and try to figure out where I could have left it or lost it, turns out I left it at wells fargo when I cashed a check there and now everything is good! that story was kinda lame but it was very stressfull for me.

So I went to Mona on Sunday and I took some pictures so here they are.

OH my goodness the game was soooooo much fun! It was soooo cold the whole time and thanks

to me it was even colder cause I forgot to bring the hand warmers

and the feet warmers but hey its all good! So the game started off
kinda slow....... well like the first 3/4 of the game were kinda slow but then at the very end it totally picked up

and the Utes scored there first touch down and it was glorious! oh my goodness the energy in the crowd was so much fun and the

people were so funny!

The man right next to me was so drunk it was ridiculous! His chears would all be delayed and he swore like a sailor! he was wasted for sure! so the best part about my drunken friend was that right the Utes scored their touch down we were all up chearing being crazed fans so as we went to sit he also goes to sit and completly misses his chair... cause you know they retract up! ha ha ha ha it was awesome! My friend Rob and I were dying laughing it was just to good to be true, and then the best past was this guy looks at me and very slowly asks "did you see that" and I just nodded and said "yes but I wont tell anyone", well I guess you would have just have had to be there.

The game was awesome and it was packed full! 45 thousand people!

So all day long today it has been this crazy slushy stuff every where and I wish it would just snow so then it can feel like home to me! So exciting... I just got some UTE football tickets from gloria and fuzzy Cox and I seriously cant wait! they had season passes and they cant make it so they gave them to me and now I'm going to my first ever football game. well like I have been to highschool games but those dont even count. This game is going to be so steller and from what I hear it might snow and then I will be a true fan! so I will post pictures later one. Sadie and my friend Kirsten have been showing me how to do this whole blog thing so it might take a while to really catch on but I'll get there I'm sure of it.

So I went to Vegas and it was sooooo much fun! these are two elders that I served with and they are way super cool! so there were more people that were supposed to come on the trip but they are lame and dogged out last min so it was just the three of us that went! I just have to say that I love Vegas and will be going there again very soon! All the casinos were amazing and the people there were ridiculous! how people can consume that much alchool is just incredible.

I'm so exctied!!!!! Kate is coming in from Ephriam and she is going to spend the weekend here! I havnt seen that girl in forever!!!! so things are good here in Utah. I finally got another job! thank heavens! I'm working at wallgreens... dont judge me its a good job! Utah is getting colder and so is my apartment. I swear my apartment has menapause bad! its hot and then cold and just pure crazy!

So I just moved back to Utah a few weeks and the transition is going pretty well. I'm working as a nanny for a great family. I totally miss Alaska like crazy but I will survive here in Salt Lake! I have family really close so that is a plus! I go out to Mona to see Sadie pretty much every weekend, her baby is simply the cutest and she has this smile that just gets you every time! Tessa is here for the week and so it has been alot of fun seeing her and being around her. She is one of those people that you cant help but smile when your around her! And this weekend Todd is coming to Salt Lake to paint my apartment.... I'm so stoked and can hardley wait!
